Dear Readers,
My name is Amos and I am currently employed as a Global Service Desk Manager handling IT support requests and incidents around the globe on a 24 hours basis. I have a team of dedicated professionals who together with me, strive to improve our services and offerings.
I am educated with a Masters degree and certified in both ITIL Foundation and ITIL Practitioner; concentrating on Service Desk. I started this blog to capture my lessons learnt, my experiences, my pains, my joys and victories. I hope the posts I made here on Service Desk Center will benefit fellow managers alike.
